Paint, Baked Enamel,
Epoxy based, PVDF, Silicon, or Urethane, Sprayed finishes are still the
most widely used. They are durable, economical and available in a
wide range of colors. In addition to being Licensed DuPont Finish
Applicators and experts with DuPont Teflon® EP/TFE/PFA we also offer
a number of other finishes including ICI Ultralon® , Whitford
Xylan®, Acheson Emralon® and CRC® PFA.

At MCR, Quality and response to Client need are not just a buzz
words, they are the whole basis for what we do. Because there are two
keys to a quality finish, the preparation of the substrate and the formulation
of the coating, we offer a number of preparation and application methods including Sand Blasting,
"burn-off", and chemical degreasing. Our
finish formulations are monitored using Zahn Cups, calibrated in-house
at the point-of-use, allowing us to hold coating thicknesses to a
tolerance of 0.0004". Additionally, we offer product certification
using the XR chart method. |
