Our rollers are better than new,
at least that's what our customers tell us.

In fact in 1992 we developed a Roller Exchange Program for Konica and continue to operate that program today distributing reconditioned rollers to Konica Dealers nationwide. Additionally, we manufacture and/or recondition printer and copier rollers for Canon, IBM, Xerox, and Kodak as well as a number of others.

Incoming rollers are inspected for defects and wear like the rollers above, coated to your specifications and then ground to tolerances that are controlled to +/- 0.001" over the entire width of the roller.

Here, a fuser roller (in front) & a pressure roller have been re-coated, inspected for defects and are ready to be returned to service.

Until recently, our primary business was built around specialty and short run production. To support our expanding roller business we have added new equipment and begun stocking a larger list of replacement products to meet the expanding needs of specialty copiers, color copying, high-volume and engineering copiers. The additional equipment has also allowed us to expand production capabilities for such lines as Canon CLC's; Xerox high volume and engineering copiers; Eastman Kodak 70-80-100 mil rolls for EK100-250 and their new machines the 2110 & the 1885.
